KS Kamza
Klubi Sportiv Kamza is an Albanian football club based in the town of Kamëz in the District of Tirana. The club is currently participating in the Albanian First Division for the third season in row after being promoted from the Albanian Second Division in 2007. In 2009, the club renamed themselves from KS Dajti to "KF Kamza".
History
The club was formed on 10 September 1936.[1]
Kamza achieved promotion to the Albanian Superliga for the first time in its 75 year history following a 4-1 victory over local rivals Partizani Tirana on 4 May 2011 with goals from Klevis Dalipi, Ermal Kenga and a brace from Andi Lame.[2] The following day at a packed Kamëz Stadium, promotion was celebrated, commemorating the history of the club and the historic achievement.[1]
Stadium
The club currently play its home games at the Kamëz Stadium in the centre of Kamëz. The stadiums seating capacity is under 1000 but attendances have reached greater than 5000.
